Working Hard
K.J. has been working so hard on beautifying our back yard. He built a retaining wall on the patio and dug landscape beds, planted bushes, and spread mulch (several hours of which where in the pouring rain). Abby loves helping her daddy and K.J. is very patient with her and always lets her tag along. She skipped around all day saying, "this is the best day ever!". She helped quite a bit with the rocks and when she got bored with that, she played with the worms she found in the mud. She even named her three worm friends...Sherman, Derman, and Todd.

Macy is fascinated by our dog Tank. She loves to go for rides on his back. She even crawled for the first time today in an effort to reach him! She scooted her way over to him and grabbed a hold of his fur. She thought this was a blast but Tank was less than amused but he just sat there and took it. What a good dog :)
Dance Recital
Abby had her first dance recital this week. She was so excited to show off what she has been learning over the past 8 weeks. It was quite entertaining (as you can see for yourself in the videos below). Abby was true to form and hammed it up for the camera.
