The Final Weeks...
We are looking forward to welcoming our second little girl who is due August 22nd. Abby can't wait to be a big sister. She looked up at the stars last night and said "Mommy, my wish is for my baby to be born." More details coming soon :)

Family Vacation

We just got home from our annual trip to Pymatuning Lake. This year we rented 12 cabins which translated to about 60 family and friends. KJ's parents joined us this year. We all had a great time going to the beach, playing on the water slide, riding bikes, competing in corn hole tournaments, fishing, and feeding the animals. Abby was in seventh heaven because she got to spend a whole week with her cousins and grandparents. She said it was the "best vacation ever in the whole world."

So Active!

I've had the wonderful opportunity to be home with Abby all summer. We've had the chance to involve her in all sorts of activities like swimming lessons and gymnastics. She even got to run in a race with K.J. He ran a European style 5K and Abby ran a very abbreviated race meant for the kids. At 8 months pregnant, I was on the sidelines cheering them on. Both did really well.

Summer Fun

Abby had a blast at a local amusement park with two of her "best friends." Abby wanted to try out the kiddie roller coaster. Mommy thought it looked too fast but daddy and Abby won the battle and Abby got to ride. She loved it. She had her hands up the whole time. What a dare devil! This kid is going to give me a heart attack :)
