Macy Kate Sabotchick

Macy Kate Sabotchick was born on August 20th. She weighed 8lb4oz and was 20in long. She is absolutely beautiful and we feel so blessed to now have two healthy girls.

The Final Weeks...
We are looking forward to welcoming our second little girl who is due August 22nd. Abby can't wait to be a big sister. She looked up at the stars last night and said "Mommy, my wish is for my baby to be born." More details coming soon :)

Family Vacation

We just got home from our annual trip to Pymatuning Lake. This year we rented 12 cabins which translated to about 60 family and friends. KJ's parents joined us this year. We all had a great time going to the beach, playing on the water slide, riding bikes, competing in corn hole tournaments, fishing, and feeding the animals. Abby was in seventh heaven because she got to spend a whole week with her cousins and grandparents. She said it was the "best vacation ever in the whole world."

So Active!

I've had the wonderful opportunity to be home with Abby all summer. We've had the chance to involve her in all sorts of activities like swimming lessons and gymnastics. She even got to run in a race with K.J. He ran a European style 5K and Abby ran a very abbreviated race meant for the kids. At 8 months pregnant, I was on the sidelines cheering them on. Both did really well.

Summer Fun

Abby had a blast at a local amusement park with two of her "best friends." Abby wanted to try out the kiddie roller coaster. Mommy thought it looked too fast but daddy and Abby won the battle and Abby got to ride. She loved it. She had her hands up the whole time. What a dare devil! This kid is going to give me a heart attack :)

BABY SABOTCHICK IS...

A GIRL!!
We look forward to welcoming baby #2 around August 22nd. Abby is thrilled about being a big sister. The first thing she did when we found out we were having a girl was pick out a new dress for "her baby".

Easter Morning

Abby enjoyed searching for her Easter eggs and basket. She especially loved that she got to wear a "beautiful princess dress" to church today. She got lots of compliments and was absolutely eating up all the attention.

Such a mess but so much fun! Abby has a lot of fun creating masterpieces. She is always drawing or painting pictures for us so this was a big treat for her.

Mini-Vacation

We took a little trip to Cleveland over Easter break. Abby loves animals so this was a big treat for her. The zoo and rainforest are pretty large so we took 2 days to see everything. Abby's favorite attractions were the sea otters, the seals, and the sharks.

Happy Birthday Abby!

Abby celebrated her third birthday in March with a Dora the Explorer themed party. We actually had nice weather so she was able to play outside with her cousins Ayden and Hunter after opening presents and taking a few swings at a pinata.
